If the item didn't fit you right or you received a damaged product, exchange the product for a fresh piece by applying on our
Exchange Portal on Website

We don't have any customer care number.

We dont offer Returns. We offer size exchanges only. For size exchanges, we need you to place the size exchange request within 48 Hours of delivery to maintain our hygiene policy on the exchange portal. If you’ve receive a wrong/ defected item. You need to apply on exchange portal within 48 hours with relevant images attached. Reverse pickup charge is bearable by the customer for exchanges at INR 80.


Cash on delivery is available for maximum value of ₹5500 per order.

We don't offer Refunds,

If an order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailablity of garment, we can cancel the order and issue credit note to the customer. The customer will be notified about cancellation and will receive the credit note via Email/ Sms- This coupon/credit balance for any order cancelled by us can be used for a future purchase within 13 months on alamodelabel.in . All refunds are issued via credit notes usable on our Websites

Exchange request is to be applied on our website portal - https://alamode-1.myshopify.com/apps/return_prime

It may take 2-3 working days for your request to be approved/ rejected. If your request is approved , the same will be picked in 2-4 working days by our courier partner. It takes 7-10 working days for the package to reach our warehouse. Once received at our warehouse - An exchange order takes 3-7 working days for the product to be quality checked and approved and credit note to be issued to your email.

PLEASE HANDOVER THE ITEM WHICH THE DELIVERY BOY HAS COME TO COLLECT ONLY- If any unaccounted items are handed over , the same will not be our responsibility as the courier partners will deliver us only the item for which pickup is arranged. Please ensure parcel is packed by the courier boy in front of you to ensure that the garments reach us safely. 

A pending order can be cancelled only if the same is delayed past the delivery time. Cancellations are issued via credit notes and can be used on for a future purchase within 13 months on www.alamodelabel.in

All Cancellations are issued via Gift Cards only.

Exchange can be availed only once per order.

Please make sure that the exchanged items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Hygiene products like Swimwear, Lingerie and Cotton Masks aren’t eligible for exchanges due to standard hygiene protocols. 

All exchanged items must be unused, unaltered and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Packages received without original invoice will not be entertained. Any sign of usage will give us the right to refuse exchange.

 Please try shoes at home or on a carpeted surface for hygiene. 
Any exchange item received by us that do not meet the above mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back at customer’s expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snap shot at customerservice@alamodelabel.in
Send pictures(Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged as per the User) of the products received along with packaging at customerservice@alamodelabel.in. 

Swimwear, Bodysuits and Loungerwear, Masks , Bags are not eligible for exchanges as per our hygiene and company policy. 

Disclaimer: The colour in images on the website can slightly vary due to product shoots in professional lighting. Garments and Fabrics which don’t allow tagging can be exchanged without the tags.

Disclaimer: Defected items will be replaced with a fresh piece in the same garment only
