Return and Exchange Policy

At Alamode, we’re committed to making your shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. We take great care to ensure you receive high-quality products, but we also understand that preferences for fit and fabric can vary. That’s why we offer easy exchanges and returns within 7 days of receiving your order!

Exchange Policy
We happily offer exchanges on all products (except intimate wear such as swimwear and lingerie, which must have their original tags and hygiene stickers). Simply make sure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please note, exchanges are limited to once per order, and store credit (valid for 13 months) will be issued for exchanged items.

Return Policy
If you prefer a return, no problem! We’ll issue  store credit, valid for 13 months, so you can find something else you’ll love.
